Stephanie founded Performance Life Coaching after working with youths and families in the Marin County area and identifying the need for consultants that could work with the whole family unit to navigate the turbulent & exciting time of transition from child to young adult.
Stephanie's unique experience of creating and implementing high level educational programs at elite universities has provided her with the skills to create more personalized packages for your family. She has worked in higher education at Georgetown University and the University of San Francisco in running the business operations and academic affairs for sports management graduate programs. She has also coached basketball at Redwood High School and with a local AAU organization for many years, where she was able to further develop her distinctive style of working with children.
Her passion for working with others to achieve goals comes from her years as a basketball player and NCAA Division III athlete. She has seen first-hand what a good coach can do to bring out the best in individuals, as well as, a team. Performance Life Coaching is based off of her experiences on and off the court and she brings her philosophy to the everyday.
In addition she has a Master's in Sport Management from Georgetown University and received her Bachelor in Business Administration from Emory University.
Social media obsession? Anonymous online bullies? Nonacceptance of new blended family? Uninterested in traditional school learning?
Performance Life Coaching was developed as a way for families to address these issues that face them in the modern era. With so much "noise" facing our kids, the family unit is more of a team than ever.
PLC recognizes these stresses that create problems for kids and families and is uniquely qualified to address them. We work to identify the underlying issues of the problems your family is dealing with and then create a specific, do-able program of success.
